Cancellation Policy

Flight Cancellation Policy:

  1. FTS Flight Ticket Services offers free cancellation for flights within 24 hours of booking, provided that the flight is at least 7 days away from the date of booking.
  2. For flights canceled after 24 hours of booking, customers may be charged a cancellation fee, which will vary depending on the airline’s policy and the fare type purchased.
  3. Customers are responsible for paying any cancellation fees and charges directly to the airline. FTS Flight Ticket Services will assist in the cancellation process but cannot be held responsible for any fees or charges imposed by the airline.
  4. In the event that a flight is canceled by the airline, FTS Flight Ticket Services will work with the airline to provide customers with alternative travel arrangements or a full refund.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

  1. FTS Flight Ticket Services offers free cancellation for hotel bookings within 24 hours of booking, provided that the check-in date is at least 7 days away from the date of booking.
  2. For hotel bookings canceled after 24 hours of booking, customers may be charged a cancellation fee, which will vary depending on the hotel’s policy and the room type booked.
  3. Customers are responsible for paying any cancellation fees and charges directly to the hotel. FTS Flight Ticket Services will assist in the cancellation process but cannot be held responsible for any fees or charges imposed by the hotel.
  4. In the event that a hotel booking is canceled by the hotel, FTS Flight Ticket Services will work with the hotel to provide customers with alternative accommodations or a full refund.
